Treatment Visa (T-Visa):

Visa authorization code.

Airport pick-up and transfer:

Airport pick-up, exclusive transfer from the selected hotel to clinic or hospital and vice versa, airport drop-off.

Accommodations:

Five-star or three-star hotel (according to the patient’s choice) near the clinic or hospital.

Other services:

Welcome dinner, 24/7 on-call assistance, dedicated interpreter and guide, SIM card and internet.

Itinerary

Day

Arrival at the airport: you will be welcomed by our guide, then picked up and transferred to the previously arranged hotel. Checking into the hotel. Then you will be transferred from your hotel to the clinic. Then doctor visiting and medical consultations are waiting for you. And pre-operation images/tests of course. Then you will be transferred back to the hotel and there will have a welcome dinner.

2

Transfer from your hotel to the hospital/clinic. The custom preparations for the surgery. The conversation between the doctor and the patient in order to review the expectations. Performing the surgery. Post-operation recovery at the hospital. Taking doctor’s instructions.

Day
3

If necessary, stay in the hospital for recovery. Taking post-operation medications.
Following the instructed diet. Following-up by the doctor.

4

If necessary, stay in the hospital for recovery. Taking post-operation medications. Following the instructed diet. Discharging from the hospital. Receiving a certificate which confirms you’re fit for air travel. Transfer to the hotel. Transfer from the hospital/clinic to the hotel.

5

If necessary, you’ll be taken to the doctor’s office by MedoTrip’s guide for the final check-up. MedoTrip can offer you a sightseeing tour upon your request. Transferring back to the hotel.

6

Transfer from the hotel to MedoTrip’s office. MedoTrip gives you a particular gift. Transfer back to the airport and sending-off. Your permanent follow-ups through the communication channels will start right from this point.

Tehran: Hijab Hotel (3-star) and Espinas Palac Hotel (5-star)
Mashhad: Sahand Hotel (3-star) and Ghasr Hotel (5-star)
Shiraz: Arg Hotel (3-star) and Shiraz Grand Hotel (5-star)
